By accessing and using the Daedalo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Daedalo.
Daedalo is an architectural rendering platform that transforms project images into photorealistic visualizations. The service operates through a credit system, where each rendering consumes a specific amount of credits previously purchased or made available through subscription plans.
Access to services requires creating an account with true, accurate, and up-to-date information. Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities performed under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
Users agree to use the service exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Use for generating illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited. Resulting images are user property, with Daedalo authorized to use anonymized examples for service improvement.
Payments are securely processed through certified partners. Purchased credits have no expiration date while the account remains active. Refund requests are analyzed individually, granted in cases of proven technical failures or as provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
All platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of Daedalo or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Daedalo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
